Carl Froch Is A Bum?

He might not be the most skilled fighter out there, but he is definitely not a bum.
I'm still a fan.

This is how I see it.

Froch is a tough guy with a good chin and he if oddly effective in most of his fights. He just faced a difficult style for him (for anyone...Dirrell is the most negative boxer out there). That doesn't mean he can't be successful and entertaining against other fighters. Look at the way he beat Jean Pascal, a quick handed boxer who possessed a good deal of skill.

No, he's not a bum, but he is what he is--a tough, rugged fighter.

That said he'll probably get stopped by both Kessler and Abraham.

Carl Froch has many flaws but being a bum ain't one of em.

He's usually good to watch and beat 2 quality fighters in Pascal and Taylor. Froch/Abraham will be a war and great to watch.

Now that Froch has won a controversial bout, everyone thinks he's a bum. Let me guess, he got exposed - right?

No.

What is there to expose about Froch? Everyone knows how good he is in reality and I said to everyone, while I sported my Froch avatar - that he'd have no chance in hell of winning the tournament. Looks like I was right.

I think some guys overrate Froch too much. They think because of his bouts against Pascal and Taylor that he's some kind of great fighter. But in reality, he couldn't go past 7 with Abraham.

Froch is a very entertaining fighter and that's it. He doesn't have any real skill, lacks hand speed to make his fighting style effective.

A bum is someone who you actually believe has it all. Everyone knows Froch is a one trick pony and as soon as his punch resistance goes ( Which is sometime soon ) then he'll get flattened by just about everybody.

Would people be calling him a bum if we saw the same Froch last night that we saw against Taylor and Pascal? Of course not! But because Dirrell played it like a ***** and constantly tucked his head between Froch's legs, fell to the floor, hugged Froch, grabbed Froch and practically did so many illegal things he should have been DQ'd - people lose sight of the real Froch and what he's capable of.

He's got Abraham and Kessler next, do I think he has a chance? Of course not. Abraham is the easier out of the two, but both are the worst match-ups in this tournament.

He's a B fighter, and a couple loses away from being a bum. He should have lost the belt last night. Sad boxing does not do anything about it.
