Now that Froch has won a controversial bout, everyone thinks he's a bum. Let me guess, he got exposed - right?
No.
What is there to expose about Froch? Everyone knows how good he is in reality and I said to everyone, while I sported my Froch avatar - that he'd have no chance in hell of winning the tournament. Looks like I was right.
I think some guys overrate Froch too much. They think because of his bouts against Pascal and Taylor that he's some kind of great fighter. But in reality, he couldn't go past 7 with Abraham.
Froch is a very entertaining fighter and that's it. He doesn't have any real skill, lacks hand speed to make his fighting style effective.
A bum is someone who you actually believe has it all. Everyone knows Froch is a one trick pony and as soon as his punch resistance goes ( Which is sometime soon ) then he'll get flattened by just about everybody.
Would people be calling him a bum if we saw the same Froch last night that we saw against Taylor and Pascal? Of course not! But because Dirrell played it like a ***** and constantly tucked his head between Froch's legs, fell to the floor, hugged Froch, grabbed Froch and practically did so many illegal things he should have been DQ'd - people lose sight of the real Froch and what he's capable of.
He's got Abraham and Kessler next, do I think he has a chance? Of course not. Abraham is the easier out of the two, but both are the worst match-ups in this tournament.
