Lubin is a talkative journeyman, nothing more.

There once was a time when Erickson was a promising prospect. However, he got exposed as being chinny by Jermell Charlo and was never the same fighter again.

Since that time he has never reached his full potential as an elite fighter. Every time he raised his level of opposition against both Charlo and Fundora; He would just always come up short.

He is one loss away from becoming an official gatekeeper status now. The Fundora fight was a fun and crowd-pleasing fight. Both scored knockdowns.

However, in the end; It was Erickson's lack of power, Sebastian's work rate and punch volume which proved to be the difference in that fight. He just wore Lubin down from a battle of attrition.

7 FUN FACTS about Lubin: 1) He did not fight everybody. 2) His best win is Terrell Gausha. 3) He is an old 29. 4) There is no way in hell he beats Ortiz. 5) Murderzaliev will kill him. 6) His best fight is probably Tim in Australia (as in his best option..apparently, one is never too clear). 7) Next time he faces elite opposition, he will get KOd and will retire.

Lubin is a good fighter I just think he got out into that Charlo fight before he was ready and that was a bad loss for him at the time especially with all the talk he had in the lead up and everyone saying he was gonna be the guy in the division and he gotta couple more wins and then he had a great fight with Fundora but he was the one who eventually got broke down in that fight and got outlasted.. I think he's good enough to win a world title but he is a guy who ain't gonna be talked about as one of the top guys in the sport

What a dumbass. He got a huge gift against ramos and coulda had a big fight with his biggest payday against Tim in Australia but turned it down. This clown is a moron
