i think taylor was never the same after he parted with emmanuel steward.did any of you watch the build up before the fights? every competitor had clips of sparring,training,etc. jermain taylor clips was of him talking to his kids on internet.he looked homesick & like he would rather be on the couch playing with his children.He didnt look like a guy going to win a major tourney.he may have trained hard but i think steve farhood was right when he said is taylor ready mentally.i think hes going through the motions for a few nice paydays then into retirement.he wont win any of his fights.if he has a hemorrage i bet he drops out or he may get suspended for health reasons.taylor is a class act & family man so it may be in his best interest to stop boxing now or at the end of the tourney if hes clear to fight again.

Agreed, Taylor has a great family and should have enough money to retire comfortably- no sense in risking all that.
