Best Boxing Shoes for Training and Sparring?

    Hey everyone,

I'm looking to upgrade my boxing shoes and could use some advice. I train 4-5 times a week and do a mix of bag work, mitts, footwork drills, and light sparring. I'm after a pair that's comfortable, supportive, and durable, ideally with good grip for movement and pivots.

I've seen a lot of different opinions on Nike, Adidas, Venum, and Everlast—some swear by them, others not so much. What brands and models have worked best for you? Any pairs to avoid? Also curious about high-top vs low-top for ankle support.

    Appreciate any input!
