I would classify both Teo and Ennis as boxer-punchers. The difference is that Ennis appears more willing to lead the dance and come forward, whereas Teo is clearly more of a counter-puncher. Ennis will be willing to play the cat-and-mouse game with Teofimo, and I think Teo will have a difficult time successfully luring him into traps. Try to imagine the bout at different distances: is there any point where Teofimo has a clear advantage? Although I think it'll be competitive, I struggle to see where Teo will have sustained success in order to win a decision. I say "decision" because I'm pretty sure Teo isn't getting a KO.
As for the OP, Haney should move up to WW and fight Rolly. As bad as Haney appeared vs. Ramirez, I think he's capable of boxing Rolly's ears off. I think Haney would force Rolly to revert back to his more physical mauling style because he'll struggle to land his jab with any consistency. Rolly's only chance is to use his strength and make Haney uncomfortable.
