Ryan Garcia definitely threw the fight

No way did Ryan forget how to box and beat Rolly. This all has to be preplanned!

Ryan Garcia was struggling and fed scraps as a LW, suddenly found power out of nowhere and now back at the skill level of the early LW days again.

Okay, I swear you'd think I am insane. If you pay attention to the first round, i got from this from ryan but rolly hit the left hook on ryan's right glove. It does sort look like he faked it or something. But as I watch the rounds progress maybe he isn't really throwing it.

          Of course not

He was too wary of Rolly's power and it threw him off completely.

Ryan's whole game is based around landing a left hook and he seemed apprehensive incase he had to trade hooks didn't land first. So then he was only trying to throw it in a really telegraphed way from the wrong position.

Take that away from him and he's so basic. His boxing skills are no better than a mediocre fighter like Rolly, but Rolly got the mental edge with the knockdown and Ryan went into his shell.

Funny thing is, juiced or not, Ryan still gives Haney hell because he doesn't respect his power, so he's more willing to get it position to hook.

Combination of things; Garcia LW run was weight cut based and was bigger than Luke, Luke style was more suited for the ammy's with the low power, the Olympic Gold medal was in London hometown. All in all it was still a good win but there was never a earth shattering breakthrough fight.

Luke's style was not that bad really for the pro's. He adapted pretty well for the pros. So, I will give this one for garcia.

Ryan didn't do that bad, he did infinitely better than anyone else. They boxed eachother pretty evenly. You got to slow the youtube thing down to 0.25x speed to see everything.
