When you don't have many knockouts and you have a boring style ,you are going to have to take the long road , if you get there at all. Barbosa has a good chance of beating Teofimo , it all depends on which Teofimo happens to show up on fight night.

Yes, if Lopez isn't on his A game, there's a good chance of an upset here.

"Alvarado prepared for a bout against Marquez, and Alvarado was so impressed he recommended Barboza to Top Rank’s Goodman." Now that what I like to hear! Classy move from Mile high.

Teo has underperformed in the past but he would have to have a really bad showing to lose to Barboza who I saw get completely befuddled and outboxed by McComb 12-0 only to get a gift W.

Barbosa Jr. wins a UD and it won't be an upset at all to anyone who knows boxing.

"Boring Style" = Doesn't fight emotionally and can make opponents look ordinary for 12 rounds

I’m glad Barboza finally got his big payday.

He does have a very boring style, though. When Teofimo is on point he is a far superior boxer…but you never know where his head is at which does make this fight intriguing.

Perhaps he could or perhaps he could not. However, I just don't see how Teofimo can out box Barboza though; Combined with both Arnold's height and longer reach advantage.

Likewise, Barboza is naturally the wider and stronger man between the two as well. It could end up being a rough not for Lopez because his punches doesn't have the same amount of snap or pop on them as they did at 135.

Once he moved up to 140. He left his equalizing punching power behind.

How is Lopez the superior boxer? Lopez lost to Kambosos. Barboza Jr. would toy with Kambosos. Arnold is clearly more skilled and mature than Lopez.
