well that's all well and good that judges should follow the criteria but how about all judges give all dominant rounds to the dominant fighter ALL the time - there are egregious cases of giving rounds to a boxer B/ that in the eyes of the other 2 judges, and the eyes of the public that Boxer A/ clearly won. -
Judges should be vetted properly and trained much better than they are before acquiring a license and then when they have questionable cards be brought before a panel as to how they scored the fight round by round watching it with that panel. Then we fire or retrain if not happy with the results and this would create a system or steps towards a better system. We already no some of this is done through a payroll issue based on who’s payroll you are on. FACTS!Comment

In sumo the judges are priests and carry a short sword in their belts. If they make more than a couple of wrong decisions in their career they’re expected to disembowel themselves in dishonour. Perhaps something like that might work?Comment
