Good article. I'm guessing he might think that Canelo edges Benavidez, I'm not sure if that's what he thinks.
Mention of Stevenson, am glad he's doing well healthwise because that was very concerning after the Gvozdyk fight.
William Scull, well, he's done well up to now, although no one knows much. He's got a nice record, and apparently got beaten up by Conor Benn in sparring, if Nigel is to be believed.

Never heard of Scull, but there's been some shorts posted online showing his training for this camp and he's putting the effort in. Though since I don't know much about him skill wise, perhaps the training is just going to allow him to absorb more punishment. I can't imagine Scull was chosen at this point in Canelo's career because he's going to put Canelo through a war or give him hell. This is just a leg to get over up until leading to Crawford.

He was chosen because he's the IBF title holder, so if Ginger beats him he'll have all the titles to defend against Bud when/if they fight.
Canelo throws everything into his pinches and that's why he doesn't throw consistently like Beterbiev. Artur Beterbiev puts way less on his punches, never winds up and doesn't exhaust himself. That's why it might seem like Canelo's single punch is harder. Ask Smith who punches harder,...Beterbiev or Canelo? The results showed that Smith withstood Canelo but folded pretty quickly to Beterbiev.
