Well, you gave him a broken jaw. For the egg incident, that's not too bad a result even with a loss

Eubank Jr hasn’t got a broken jaw. He went to hospital because of dehydration and a precautionary brain scan. Team Benn are just trying to spin it as if he’s so heavy handed he broke Eubank’s jaw. He didn’t. The swelling and cut was from a clash of heads as ruled by the referee.

The rematch seems inevitable given the money involved but it’s a shame the weight and rehydration clause would be the same.

In any rematch i don't think there should be a cw, or hydration clause. Eubanks deserves more rights in rematch.
Yeah there was a recent fight where someone's jaw was reputedly broken but subsequently wasnt

It wasn't a catchweight, it was fought at the middleweight limit.

It might help if Benn learned how to box. We all know how he is coming. Half ass jab, swinging right hand, fall in, wrestle, repeat. Most of the time, the jab missed, the right went over Chris' head and the wrestling scored his points.

Where are the medical results to back your claim?
tbh iit seemed more likely Chris had a broken cheek bone

I don't like Benn at all, as a person or a fighter but will concede he does have power - he buzzed Eubank Jr 3 times, was probably a shot away from dropping him in the 10th rd and noticeably hurt him with a body shot However in generating that power he is wild as hell so it often comes at his own detriment.

In saying that though I can't decide if Eubank Jr getting hurt was due to his decreasing punch resistance, the rehydration issues or if it just was the power of Benn because lets not forget Jr has been known for having an iron chin and we've seen him take bombs from 168lbs punchers like Abraham and Groves without no issues.

That's interesting because I ended up thinking his power is very average after seeing that fight.
