I wont count the whitaker fight as a win though.
    but still........

It wasn't a win. It was a draw that should read as an L in Chavez' record.

...Yeah, but IMO that record is inflated with poor competition. and I think he may have been one of the most overated ever. He was sooooooo lucky in that Meldrick Taylor fight.

I don't care what anybody says Chavez gave Taylor a beating in that fight. My scorecard was alot closer than what most people will say. Chavez consistently hit Taylor with the harder shots all night long while Taylor was throwing quick punches that weren't even landing at times.

Hey! Boxrec changed their account of his fight with DLH. They said he didn't come out for round 9 before. They have it right now, though. I couldn't believe how fast and badly he got cut, though. He wasn't even hit with a shot you'd think would open someone's eye like that.

I know I thought Chavez had already retired but I guess he hasn't had enough of the fight game yet. Or maybe he just needs money.

Its gotta be for money i think. JCC will beat a very shopworn Robinson in a boring decision or late TKO.JCC is well past his prime but Ivan is at brain damage stage of his career now

Now that I think about it, I agree with you JCC has to be fighting for the money at this point.
