Making Eubank boil down to an unhealthy weight was the only way Benn has a chance to win. Hearn has played this very well and will be getting a generous cut of that $500k.

If he was going to miss weight anyway, and get that big penalty, maybe Eubank should have just blown the weight anyway and come in at 164lb. But at least this way, missing my less than an ounce, no-one will really give Jr. any real criticism.

Eubank should still be the favourite, but what has killing himself to boil down to MW done to Jr's punch resistance? We'll find out tomorrow. It's closer to a 50-50 fight than we thought yesterday.

Benn didn't "make" Eubank do anything. Eubank has successfully weighed at the MW limit for several fights. If the weight is difficult to make, he should've not accepted the fight and moved up.
