Hiraoka is an Ohashi guy, granted Ohashi although not as loaded financially as Teiken/Honda isn't exactly a slouch either.
Frankly at this point if it isn't already finalized I think its too late for putting on the Pacquiao fight so it really is down to two choices IMO: Tank-Roach 2 undercard in August or Inoue-MJ undercard in September.
