Remember the golden rule? He who has the gold makes the rules. Turki is promoting Sheeraz. There is nothing more to it - no popularity, excitement, worth, deserve or anything else. Since Turki does not have to make a profit he can do what he likes - and he does.

This is it. My guess is that this will be the more interesting fight too.

Even though Stevenson and Zepeda are more accomplished, I would be very surprised if that is an exciting fight. I see Shakur in a UD with very little drama.

This is so disrespectful! Shakur is on Berlanga's under card? A very nice under card I must admit! That said, There would be no drop-off if Shakur was the headliner! Brick City will be in the building heavy! This seems like Turki being petty. Smh! The whole event should be PR Parade Weekend!

I wonder if Turki is actually aware that this card would make more sense in June.

Shakur is not popular outside of pure boxing fans and even within boxing fans he's not well liked due to his style. The only boxer currently fighting that popular in the Hood is Tank then 3 steps below is Boots ( who's popular regionally Philly, Delaware, Jersey). Shakur is popular in just jersey and boxing fans.
