Perez seems to have a deceptive record, 3 out of 4 losses were controversial split decision losses and he is having a pretty solid run recently.

He knows how to use his range, he has a slippery though leaky defense coupled with a granite chin and he is a hard hitter himself (26 KOs out of 33 wins), win or lose he be tough night for any customer unless his stopped early which hasn't happened so far.
