They already have a mandatory challenger (Chisora), Dubois already has a recent stoppage win over Hrgovic, and Frank Sanchez got knocked out in his last fight.

The only thing this will accomplish is to delay fights between Dubois and Usyk/Parker and possibly end up with the IBF title getting stripped again.
