For sure PBC made offers to these folks.
But nobody knows what's going on inside the PBC mystery island. The media is never allowed to peek through. Unlike other platforms like MR, TR, GBP, DAZN, everything is laid out in the open for the public to scream and shout, "It's a lowball offer!"
At PBC nobody knows what offers are made and to who, who turned them down, what the offer was, who ducked who, etc. Every other promoter is trashed for making offers that suck, but not when it comes to PBC. Why, because it's a complete mystery. Even PBC shills like Fat Dan has no clue what's going on inside the mystery island.

At this point I can see the usual boxing promoters getting together in almost a unified way to team up against Turki and Dana White. If they want to continue to see their format work over what Turki and Dana are going to bring.

At the end of the day, the fighters are going to sign with whose going to give them more ludicrous paychecks. So far we know whose been doing that, Turki. It seems to be the most obvious route any fighter would go if they are offered the chance to sign.

For the rest of the promoters, they're going to have to offer something better in return to get them back.
