And 14 days days is garbage. Imagine someone demanding a 14 day cutoff in 2025.

          Exactly!

No actually The Ring Magazine does the rankings, not Boxrec. Has done since the early 1900's. You know The Ring Magazine, don't you? You know what the word "ranking" means, don't you?

Thurman was in those rankings and was ranked #3, so to put is simpler to a brain dead inbred retard like yourself that means he was the 3rd best. #3 = Third. Meaning second and first are ahead. The person in First would be the best, the person in Third is the 3rd best.

You know like when people have a race, and the person that finishes first is the winner? Like that. The person who finishes two places after is 3rd, and get's the bronze.

Thurman was 3rd. One of those things commonly known as facts. I know you're immune to those pesky things.

Asking for a cut off date at all totally defeats the point of doing a random blood testing procedure entirely. For what it's worth.

If there is a cut off date then you may as well just not do it.

No they just produce the rankings in boxing and have done for over 100 years.

Thurman was 3rd. Objective fact, DUMBASS.

                      3rd is not the best.
