Under Pacquiao's final proposal, there would be unlimited urine testing, one scheduled blood test during the week of the kick off press conference, one random blood test up to 24 days before the fight, and one final scheduled blood test immediately after the fight.

He ranked #3, that's an objective fact. #3 means third best, not the best. Sorry. Cry more over it.
If you want to change objective rankings because you feel like it then I can turn around now and say Marvin Hagler was never the #1 Middleweight in the world and never beaten a Top 10 ranked Middleweight in his career.Comment
