Fighters, ABC orgs, promoters are just independent business entities, there aren't any rules really that they have to follow or can't be changed to suit their pursuit of profit which is what boxing really is all about. Its a carney show when you get right down to it, the goal is simply to sell tickets and get buys. None of the ranking really matter, same with the belts or status of champion.

It's because boxing is corrupt as fuck! That's why. This man has popped dirty for juicing and he is being awarded with huge paydays and high rankings by both the current promoters and sanctioning bodies as a result of it. What a damn shame!

miller is the victim of failed performance enhancing drug tests. that's why he gets all this tv time and this title opportunity. there's nothing stopping other boxers from being the victim of a failed test. most boxers just don't want it enough. if more fighters took the initiative that miller and connor benn have taken, they can also earn mega paydays.

Kambosos moved up to 140 and won a fight.

To be clear, he doesn't deserve a title shot at 140. But he did actually win a fight to get his ranking. Miller moved up 9 spots in the ranking without winning another fight.
