How good was the guy who dropped Tszyu cleanly, Wade Ryan? The guy was 14-5 with 3 big KO's when Tszyu fought him.
Tszyu got dropped by a pillow-fisted tomato can. Thurman took a clean punch from a contender with some solid wins. There is no comparison.Comment

I mean, you can't deny, Keith is a pretty strong dude. He has given everyone hell, even Pac in a close match. We haven't seen him entirely lose a beat and against Jarvis, due to the level of opposition he was, it wasn't a good gauge as to where he truly is at, at this time. If he were take on Tszyu and beat him, I would take Thurman very serious thereafter at whatever he decides. Though yeah, unfortunately, he missed his opportunity to go down as one of the very best to do it due to his inactivity. He had all the tools too. Now he just might be too late.Comment

Yes he stood toe with Manny and was clocking the shyt outta him while hurt early, he even stood up a broken rib and fought it off no knees, no turning his back runningComment

This is a past prime, late 30's, Pacquaio who wasn't dropping or stopping fighters like he used to.
That's not a good example of showing his punch resistance in a good light.Comment

He got dropped like a sack of **** in the first round and didn't get his legs back until the 7th.

Thurman fought Pacquaio at the end of his career, was dropped flat on his back in the first round and didn't recover properly until the 7th so again that isn't a testament to his punch resistance.Comment

Ok, and? Floyd fought Pacquaio 4 years prior when he was P4P #2 and beat him easily.

He beat him easily in first gear, wide on all 3 cards and 100% of press row media had him winning comfortably but you can live in an alternate reality if it makes you feel better.Comment
