Hrgovic has underrated chin

He has a great chin. But on occasions when Zhang hit him, he seemed vacant, like one more shot would've stopped him.

Real power against the top guys is his problem.

He can unload and catch everyone, but they walk through him.

Needs to work on his conditioning so he can throw more punches after the first 3 rounds.

You can never know if it's the lack of punch power or the opponents ability to absorb punches.

I can understand Zhang and Joyce. They both seem to be able to take a big shot.

Dubois' ability to take Hrgovic's best surprised me. But I suppose we've never seen evidence that Dubois can be knocked out. Both his losses have been knees. And he took a monster from Joshua and just backed up and knocked him out.

Pardon me, Zhang dropped him. But it was more like a slip.

It was a pull down and a punch. At any rate he has a grade A chin and fought the three best punchers in the division! BUT he must be well conditioned. He needs a hard @ss trainer.

He looks good in spots and bad in others when he was trying to suck up oxygen.

Admittedly these are heavies, super heavies really, and at a good level consistency must be hard to find when managing their gas tank and absorbing heavy blows. Most men of that size can blow a gasket at any time really.

Joyce is pretty much done but I wouldn't doubt he hurt Hrgovic several times with the jab alone and until you hurt him that pressure is constant. I thought Hrgovic boxed nicely at times and countered well.

Take Usyk out and I think you can throw him in with the rest and they will be good fights.
