The guy he just fought was ranked #6 by TBRB and #7 by ESPN, aside from Adames and Lara there aren't many more credible middleweights out there. Maybe Eubank but he's busy with Benn and Sheeraz is moving up after getting a gift draw against Adames.

i think he's said that out of frustration because he's called out both adames and lara before but to no avail - well it's PBC isn't it - they can't even make a fight between Adames and Lara
