I'm sorry but Devin Haney has been exposed. All you have to do is listen to him speak. He stutters and his voice is shaky. Someone once said that he always sounds this way. If that's the case, Haney has been showing signs of being punch drunk for a minute.

If you look at Haney's boxing history, outside of his last seven bouts, his resume is hugely padded. His last real knockouts came against bums.

Haney's power is overstated and his chin is beyond questionable. Whether a cheat or not, Ryan Garcia exposed a lot about Haney.

And while Ramirez's best days are past him, he poses a threat to Haney.

This next fight will tell us everything that we need to know about Haney.

I think Jose Ramirez is not at his best considering he overstayed his welcome at 140 like Prograis and Taylor.

Moving up might help him his gas tank, but his punch resistance and reflexes are likely susceptible to getting him hurt by Haney's jab.

Haney looks leaner and more athletic than usual, he will be fighting without his notable size advantage when moving up so I think that's interesting. Might affect his clinch work and durability negatively, but he might punch harder, and overall be sharper.

Interesting fight where it might explain the standing of both fighters, but honestly think moving to 147 is a move that would had benefitted years ago.

If Barboza somehow wins he needs to rematch McComb after that 12-0 schooling he got when the judges gifted him a W.

I'll take $25 each on Ramirez and Garcia. Are you game?

He more than made up for it against Ramirez and Catterall. Beating Lopez makes him #1 at 140.

Every champ at 147 will smoke Devin and Ramirez at 147, even Barrios.

                haney was always trash

he was a weight bully aka massive weight cuts and hes feather fisted. now that he above 140 he cant hang with those guys all those guys got way more power than him and he cant just hug them to death

haney's defense is non existent, all he does is pop shot and hug people, now that the guys are near his size they can push him off and he cant hug on forever. Ryan came in 143 which ruined their whole strategy of hug and hold all night.

Haney fight with mid 30s loma was a joke.

Haney was lucky to get a decision and loma belonged at 130 while haney belonged at 140. Two weight classes above an aging champ he was supposed to be the next big thing and many dont believe he even won that fight.

At this point I do think both could lose to Mario Barrios, who doesn't really standout in ability or skill, he also got gifted a shot at a title against Ugas after, but he is well rounded, stands at 5'11 and it's not lacking majorly in any major departments. MB's strongest assets is his potent jab and uppercuts in the inside.

He is also pretty consistent/committed to follow through a gameplan, even if he gets caught and is vulnerable with something big like he did with Maidaina's brother and Abel Ramos. Ramirez and Haney don't have the power or output to hurt him from it is seen, they might outskill him but eventually they likely get caught quickly by something from Barrios that turns the tides.

                      You’re not wrong.

Rolly is garbage but he is literally one punch away from dropping Ryan like a bag of hammers and it’s over.
I hope both Haney and Ryan get beat. That way we can be done with their business.
Sane with Teofetus lol … Teofemale is better lol
