3 months after winning the belt to defend it? IBF rules state that WBC/A/O champs take priority over the mandatory (5E2) AND that the new champ should have 6 months (5B2a) to satisfy the mandatory. I get holding Canelo accountable, but that's not even in accordance with their rules. IBF has trash rankings, and clearly only follows its rules when it wants to.
