Abraham can be hit by hooks, his defense is a straight up gaurd that can be got around by crooked punches.

An example would be how Williams put it on Winky.

It all really matters on how Andre sets up the hook, and whether or not he protects himself after throwing. If he leaves himself open and AA catches him, he'd become more hesitant in throwing it. That bending hook is not gonna get through everytime and I can't think of any other way Andre gets to AA.

It remains quite an interesting possibility though.

Movement makes Abraham get wild sometimes too which opens up more counterpunching opportunities. It's an interesting stylistic matchup.

Dirrell can't hurt King Arthur, AA by KO!

I don't understand why Abraham is fighting Dirrell if he (Andre) lost.It seems that if the "winnert fights the winner",shouldn't he fight the decision winner Carl Froch? I think it would be a more engaging fight.
I know that a lot of people do not like to watch boxers like Dirrell, but consider boxing the "matador in a bullfight" (the pure boxer being a matador). For those who appreciate pure boxing skills (and not a pub brawler),Dirrell really should be given credit. He used his speed, reflexes, and smarts to evade getting hit much from the hard hitting,come-forward Carl.
If I didn't know who had the belt before the fight,I would have assumed Dirrell was the champion since it is a legitimate sport based on skills, not a lack of.There is no way Carl gets through Abraham or Kessler-either one of those fighters will snatch that belt.

Don't see how Dirrell could beat him, but crazier things have happened in boxing.

I`m telling telling ya`ll Dirrel would win this fight easier then ya`ll think.Abraham is to conservative and flat footed.Dirrel is faster, busier, very allusive, and more versatile then Abraham and Jermain Taylor.

Ya`ll letting the fact that Abraham won against a washed up Taylor who was never all that to begin with.

Dirrel has the right style to beat Abraham.

abraham is heavy handed and can take a punch,i don't care how much dirrell moves and how fast he is,arthur will connect a couple of punches per round and slow him down, then ko him, hard punches will slow you down
