Angelo Leo is ready to test himself against the fighter many consider to be the pound-for-pound king of the sport, Naoya Inoue.

Inoue has not "long spoken about moving up to 126"
What he has said is he may go there when he feels the time is right & that is only him answering questions at press conferences.
He has two more fights at least at 122 - Cardenas and Akhmadaliev , and assuming he wins them the next obvious fight to make is with Nakatani , likely also at 122.
Angelo Leo and the other champs at 126 should be focused on unifying so they have a more compelling case for an Inoue fight should he eventually move up.
Let's not forget IF he can get past Cardenas, Akhmadaliev and Nakatani then depending where Bam is that would be the money fight to make at the lower weights UNLESS their is a featherweight that has clearly established dominance.
When will these fighters learn to stop talking BS things about monster Inoue.
I've seen Canelo jam up the division he is in at 168 - utter log jam. But Inoue is starting to jam up the division above him - laughable. Angelo Leo - unify with Espinosa or Nick Ball.
If they were actually wanting an Inoue fight, they'd be unifying. Inoue has gone after the #1 guy in the division each time he's moved up. Anyone who actually wants the smoke and the payday should be proving it by seeking undisputed themselves.

If one of them is going to be undisputed, I'd put my money on giant ass Espinoza. Like Fundora that size advantage is a tough hill to climb.
Yes, and Steph Fulton thought the same way. Fulton is a tremendous fighter, but there are levels to boxing. Monster is not El Venado. Mr. Leo will learn this soon enough. I hope the check is a retirement check. He's losing to Monster or Espinoza...might as well lose for a big bag.

Monster will crush every fighter you named. It's just a matter of when their number gets called.
