Pacquiao vs. Rios To Have USADA Drug Testing

Michael Koncz, adviser to eight division world champion Manny Pacquiao, has exclusively confirmed to BoxingScene.com that USADA [US Anti-Doping Agency] will regulate a random drug testing protocol for the upcoming fight with Brandon Rios, scheduled to take place on November 24th [November 23rd in the United States] at the Venetian in Macau, China. Pacquiao (54-5-2, 38KOs) vs. Rios (31-1-1, 23KOs) will be carried by HBO Pay-Per-View.

Koncz indicates that his team requested the testing protocol.

"Yes, I can confirm that we requested the USADA testing. We've never had anything to hide nor do we have anything to hide now," Koncz stated exclusively to BoxingScene.com.

There was supposed to be a rematch. If Floyd lost to Pac, Floyd wouldve expected a rematch. Floyd should rematch guys who will likely be higher ATGS than himself or his biggest rivals, or biggest name opponents. FLoyd shoulve rematched DLH and Pac. And Nelo too come to think of it. Nelo will likely end up higher ATG than Floyd too, and FLoyd fought the weakest version of Nelo and prime Nel o beats any version of floyd.

History shows us no matter how easy a first fight was won, rematches dont go the same way. How are we supposed to see who floyds kriptonite was? If FLoyd dont rematch at least fight toughest opponents available and Floyd never even did that too.
