If you're not interested in Charlo and Plant being on the same card to build an eventual fight between them later this year then you are not a fan of the actual sport of boxing. You are a fan of the chaos of the business of boxing. Your desire for someone to get arrested even though he hasn't committed a crime explains it all. Whatever hateful demons that has hijacked your soul I hope you get some help my man before you see your maker. Have you ever heard of the Ten Commandments in the bible. You should pay attention to the ninth one. "Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbour".....which mean giving false testimony or making false statements against someone; to knowingly give untrue testimony or spreading misleading information about someone else. come on! Both Charlo and Plant are washed. If you're a fan of boxing, you already know this. I'm willing to risk eternal flames to say that this isn't a top level fight. I'd watch it though. Coddling? Caleb fought Benny and Canelo. Jermall was a two div champ who couldn't get the Canelo fight because the WBC gave Canelo the bytch boy I mean the franchise belt.

I wouldn’t say “washed”, but I will say Plant versus Charlo shouldn’t be a ppv headliner, which I’m pretty sure is what they’re trying to build it up to. Both are around 33 and what’s their biggest win? Good fighters, I’ll watch, I won’t pay 80 bucks for it.

coddling in this case meaning showcase fights that nobody wants to see from guys who are past their best. Who are they going to face? John Ryder? You know neither of these guys will ever hold a legitimate belt again, right? I'm going to skip these showcase fights, and hope that they eventually meet. Charlo already let Plant slap him in public, and didn't do anything about it. I'm not holding my breath that they will actually fight. You enjoy those showcase fights, though.
