The only reason Dubois is even in the conversation is that fans don't understand the low blow line is defined by the navel, not the shorts. He was beaten comprehensively every second he wasn't fouling (and he threw MANY low blows in that fight) and then got stopped by a jab. I'll grant Hrgovic was a good win, but there shouldn't have been an interim title on the line then to begin, and then his first title defense after being upgraded by email was another guy who's already lost to the real champ twice. The IBF should have granted that exception since he'd already lost (and how does beating drug cheat Miller get you back into the title picture to get the Hrgovic fight?).
Beating Dubois again doesn't really do anything for Usyk other than give him back the belt he never should have lost. If he wants to build his resume, Parker is a better name. And Kabayel looks like he'll be the next big thing after Usyk retires if he doesn't get to fight.
