Yes, he's a snake but he also let the amount that PBC offered Bivol be known and that amount was/is $8 million. Don't take my word for it though have a listen/view for yourself.

You can find the Sulaiman interview by searching MAURICIO SULAIMAN: "WE'VE ALWAYS HAD A GOOD RELATIONSHIP FROM DAY 1, I'VE ALWAYS SUPPORTED TURKI!" on YouTube. The Bivol pay talk starts at around 18 minutes and 40 seconds but the whole podcast segment is very informative.

I get it and for all I know, it might be a lie. But logic tells me that he should know the financials of the fights where the WBC title is at stake considering his organization gets a percentage.

He has also now put himself in a position to be called out by Bivol and be proven a liar. Sulaiman going on a podcast and stating how much Bivol made for a fight and was offered for another fight, where the WBC title is at stake, is much different from those Fake Content creators on YouTube, such as Blue Blood, AKHI, Dante something or other.

Those podcast content creators that I just mentioned are nobodies that literally make S-hit up. Hearing details from Sulaiman that involves his organization carries actual weight. I'm no fan of Sulaiman in the least bit and am far from being a fanboy of Benavidez. In fact, I believe Bivol beats him if they were to fight, but I have to admit that hearing those figures from Sulaiman, changes my perspective on the the whole Benavidez vs Bivol or Bivol vs Beterbiev matter.

That's somewhat true but he can't actually now what's offered ahead of time as opposed to actually being negotiated. He's not at the negotiation table.

Like I said Sulaiman is a snake and he (just like other promoters) felt disrespected Turki chose TKO and trying to make his own league and new belt. Hes a greedy SOB so like i said ill take it with a grain of salt.

Sillyman can be bias (as he showed by not forcing carnela to fight bumavidez) that he decides which mandatories to enforce. I'll wait for a real non bias source to verify it

Is Bivol getting cold feet that Benavidez is not a 40yr old with history of injuries he can just bully? Not to mention Benavidez floored him in sparring

He'll love for Bivol to drop the belt. I don't think that will happen, he will fight him in a heart bit.

There's certainly no man on earth more trustworthy than Maurice.
