I'm not a PBC cheerleader and don't know if they have $8 million to offer anybody, but if the offer is legit, then it stands to reason that they would have a legal obligation to pay it if the the offer is accepted by both parties...

Sulaiman is a snake and from my understanding he only confirmed how much bivol got paid not how much pbc offered bivol for bumavidez
