Looked like Fundora had no fear of Booker's power. In the Tzyu fight, Fundora wasn't fighting on the inside like that. With Booker there seemed to be absolutely no respect after the first half of the 1st round. Fundora was even neglecting his defense A LOT. That won't work out well for him against better and stronger fighters.

PBC production sucks! There's no post-fight takeaway from the announcers, no upcoming fight schedule, nothing....just a crap production and a rather abrupt ending. Boxing fans deserve a bit more.

Not around here, he is despised by many. They dislike him for not fighting the way they want him too, fight as often, or (and this is a big one for many) fighting for the wrong promotion.

Go look up most of the recent stories about Fundora, there is a loud group who despise him. Rip on him for whatever he does, nitpick things about his family, etc.

When he steps up and fights a worthy opp, without elbows, etc he might get some respect. You mustve forgot he got lawchaired then gifted a title shot after that. Then gets his face broke only to land an elbow which changed EVERYTHING in that fight his way. Him fighting Booker did nothing for his stock.

Of course we all know about his loss, and him lucking into his title shot. The elbow was not his fault, Tszyu moved into it. I think its childish to to hate on athletes as some do though, so I guess its different.

Hes done nothing in order to get any accolades. His resume is lousy.

Which is more than most any pro boxer does in there whole career. But for some reason people feel the need to hate/worship athletes on the internet- which I think is childish. We can discuss what theyve done, admire skill, and when they dont perform up to what we would like, still act like grown men and treat them the same.

I imagine you come from an era where you also default to treat people with respect, regardless of their boxing record. I think we should all do that without the hating that I implied he gets from people around here.
