NM, I figured it out. Bro just became a dad. He's probably completely exhausted lol. I gained 25 lbs in two weeks when my first son was born just from the stress. Went from like 3% body fat and fighting trim to dead tired and battling off the dad bod hella quick. I, for one, am willing to give him the benefit of the doubt at least until his kiddo is able to sleep through the night.
