The 1st gym I walked into to learn how to box was in harlem on 125th st & 5th ave upstairs. I was 13 and 125lbs. The owner was named Connie. I believe he trained Iran Barkley at one point. I trained with an old timer named Hank. I hope Iran gets well soon. Best wishes champ

This makes me sad. Barkley was a fighter, man. I am so glad he is recovering, but upset he and his family and friends are forced to deal with it.
