Honestly. I am curious how Munguia will perform, because he shown pretty good improvements under Roach despite the language barrier. Using more distance management and improved timing to catch in Ryder/Alvarez, when he struggled he did adjustments with Freddie in his corner.

Eddy Reynoso tries to make his other fighters fight like Alvarez despite having different skillsets, making them fighters with lower punch outputs but being more well-rounded, it didn't benefit Valdez and Ruiz since they are fighters of attrition and accumulation, creating their own opportunites by wear and tear. Jaime in other has that knockout power and hand speed to capitalize on it. Ryan trained with him earlier on than the veterans that already a pro background, but Garcia and Reynoso just don't (or can't) communicate properly, instead Ryan stays dedicated to his conditioning and sharpens at the only things he is good at, if he looks any better it is because Derrick James implemented a new training regime to improve upon his weaknesses.

From what I seen from his Instagram and Reynoso's, both Jaime and Eddy seem to have really good chemistry. Unlike with Ryan and Andy, Eddy seems to have been participating since the beginning of his camp and Jaime does seem to be attentive with instructions, makes me wonder if he had improved a lot if he had switched with Roach rather than Morales earlier on because he does seem like the type to be disciplined with drills throughout the whole camp and take in instructions, applying them in the ring.

Think Jaime would have won the first match against Surace under Roach, he is by no means a P4P fighter but I think he has the qualities to compete at the top level of 168 and win against most contenders, though because of his lack of proper preparation and deficiencies in defense that made him susceptible to the Frenchman's gameplan despite having outworked all the rounds and hurt him earlier on, Munguia also likely has a high risk to losing to most contenders that division as much as he can have success. Bazinyan was a tougher challenge.

Bakole doesn't need to make the weight cut as a heavyweight and will have a proper camp but man is coming off from a rough loss, nonetheless looking forward this fight. Also looking foward to Marco Verde's debut, an Olympic silver medalist that beat Nishant Dev and Omari Jones in the amateurs while having a very competitive bout agaisn't the Uzbek Asadkhuja Muydinkhujaev for the gold, he also had a IBF exhibition under pro rules and beat Roniel Iglesias. Had a tough start but figured the veteran Cuban 2x time Gold Olympic medalist until the fight was stopped due to Iglesias having to stop due to a hand injury. Hoping Verde fights Vladimir Hernandez like Madrimov did.

Two good fights; undercard will need to be absolutely stacked to compensate for the main event.
