Jaron has an opportunity to build his profile

    beat up Ryan and Teo

then clear out 154 specifically Vergil and Keith

that should get the job done

beating up other American stars and Mexicans is how you get attention in boxing

Only correct answer is Vergil Ortiz Jr. In a time where most young fighters & establish veterans choose the path of lease resistance Vergil has proven to be the opposite. At 26 yrs old he is just hitting his prime yrs and already fought two Top 5 154 lbs in their prime. TBH, the 154 lbs division is where his legacy will be built against fighters like Bohachuk, Madrimov, Fondura, Lubin, Bakhram, Ramos, Conwell, Zayas, Tellez etc.. it is without question the deepest division in boxing and in my opinion the toughest. Put that with Vergil’s fan friendly style and Mexican heritage the kid holds all the ingredients to be the Biggest Star in Boxing. Let’s not forget it was Oscar who built an unknown 19 yrs old ginger Mexican kid into the Face of Boxing even after being humiliated by Floyd. Now that Turki backing Vergil the sky is truly the limit for him

Next face of boxing needs to at least fight 3 times a year and surpass the Mexican superstar's regular 2x/year status.

I guess you wonder who will be the next American face of boxing.

                Nobody.

Tank takes no challenges. Crawford is 38. Benavidez will lose to Bivol next year.

Unfortunately the best boxers in the world are 38 old Ukrainian, a small Japanese man, 38 old Crawford and 2 Russians.

I guess Jesse Rodriguez doesn`t really have a star power?

                  - - Canelo was 18 making his boxing debut for Oscar vs Shane Mosely's experienced cousin. Canelo kept Oscar afloat after Haymon stole Oscar's top stable that included l't floydy and he C r a c k Daddy.

Canelo was 20 years old when he stole Matthew Hatton from l'l floydy to win his WBC SuperWelter title that had l'l floydy ducking him before finally fighting at 152lb catchweight that had Canelo turning blue on the scales he was so drained. It was a majority decision, not an humiliation, but it worked for l'l floydy who couldn't draw flies that set the all time PPV record then. The l'l tyke then ducked the lucrative rematch while Canelo was fighting at 155lb Canelo weight trying maintain his weight.

When he beat Cotto for the 160 title, he offered l'l floydy at 155 lb catchweight for the middle title, but l'l floydy a lot sharper than boxing fans just coasted along with Haymon's patsies while also ducking Manny.

After Bivol beats Benavidez the latter could still pull it off by beating Alvarez

                    a passing of the torch

                    Win over Alvarez boosts profile

Bivol went from random Asian out of Russia to internationally known

I believe the Alvarez boost would be bigger for Benavidez who’s Mexican-American
