Common sense says benavidez needs to beat another contender @ 175 before a title shot, you add the timing ( a Bivol beterbiev trilogy is a requirement) benavidez vs Callum Smith or Yarde, Morrell vs Ramirez or Eifert if none accept them Buatsi, it sounds right and would solidify the top 2 overall contenders next in life for a shot with no questions.

These Chechens and Dagestanis are a DIFFERENT breed bro in boxing/MMA. Whilst I DON'T necessarily think they're any tougher than the men of the West, they're much hungrier, hard-working and religious which helps to give them the edge. Benavidez deserves a title shot, but the man cutting the checks gets to decide who Bivol fights next. David has earned his shot and shouldn't have to beat anyone else first, but Turki is the one putting money in pockets, so if Turki wants the trilogy next, that's what should happen.

Al Haymon, Bob Arum, Eddie and Fishnets aren't putting this much money behind fighters.
