Idk about this one. Cain does have some pop for a smaller weight fighter, and I think he should’ve got the nod against Baluta (those scorecards were all over the place) personally. But Edwards’ has the advantage in experience, accolades, and attributes. Normally the fighter that holds those, if not absolutely washed, wins these bouts. Think the time out of the ring for Charlie is something that Cain’s team is banking on. Should be a solid scrap…I’m sprinkling a lil on Edward’s to pull it off tho
I'm picking Cain by stoppage and want him to win but I am not all that confident.
The closer it has gotten the more I feel Edwards might just have a style that is real troublesome for Cain.
Rangy boxer with good feet who moves a lot, doesn't give anything away could be very problematic vs a catch & shoot counterpuncher.
I'm really second guessing myself even as I type this.
I've gone from thinking Cain destroys him to thinking its more Edwards fight to lose stylistically.
I can't even think of a catch & shoot counterpuncher that did well vs pure boxers or any style really that didn't go to them.
Its intriguing, almost here now then we'll find out
