I heard some brainlets thinking Bivol will make Benavidez look like Zurdo. If you think Benavidez is comparable to Zurdo then you have no idea about boxing. He is a level above him in every aspect of boxing.
    Zurdo is good

but Bena is bordering very good

Your fav Alvarez is the shallow end of great

    Artur is great

In Alvarez fight Bivol often countered Bena’s favorite shot left hook to the body with a left hook to the head

It remains to be seen if Bivol would indulge Bena with fighting in the pocket

Bivol is a pretty boxer but one dirty mofo. He’ll shove the head down in clinches and post with the lead hand to hit & hold

Should Bena be too effective on the inside Bivol could always clinch him

Caleb Plant was able to clinch Bena often and even won 4 or 5 rounds in their fight

I like David and I like that he wants all the smoke, but all I can see is a world class boxing lesson from Bivol here.

why favor Bivol to such a large extent

Bivol beats Bena and that’s all the elite pressure guys and Mexicans worth fighting in these bigger classes

          Alvarez Zurdo Bena

Based on what? You're literally just being a fangirl. Zurdo 168 run is way better than bumavidez.

Porky Medina, vlasov (catchweight), Arthur Abraham, Jesse hart and roamer Angulo who he beat 2 years before bumavidez.

Meanwhile bumavidez best wins are 154 past prime lemiuex and Andrade lmfao and plant who carnela stopped. I love embarrassing you

Based on having a boxing IQ over 50. Benavidez is faster, more accurate, more skilled, far higher boxing IQ, and much better defense. Overall just far more talented with better attributes.Tell me what Zurdo does better than Benavidez?

sometimes a stylistic edge can reduce the gap in a difference in levels!

Cotto was very good knocking on the door of greatness but gave Floyd good work

Maidana was good approaching very good and was a handful for Floyd

What he does better is far less relevant than what he does worse. Benavidez doesn't have the foot speed or the footwork in general to get to Bivol consistently, nor does he have the single-punch power to win without getting to Bivol consistently.

Bivol just went 24 straight rounds with the most destructive pressure fighter (by far) in boxing. Benavidez won't be easy to beat, but he certainly won't be as hard as Beterbiev.
