Badou deserves a big fight, he's been jerked around and screwed over as much as any active fighter, but I don't love this for him. I could see Opetaia really hurting him.

I didn't think Badou had a chance against Makabu either, to be fair, but Opetaia is levels above that guy.

Called it the other day...rozicki wont get a shot at jack. Not that jack has a shot at winning this fight either, but he will get paid at least.

Why anybody without a huge promotional push would go for anything other than the wbo or ibf rankings is beyond me.

Jfc why would anyone think DB's situation would set the wbc as a a no go for guys without the absolute highest earning capability.

WBA isnt much better...regular belt for tank until he literally waited out the division lmao and then email super champ. They were phasing that belt out at the time in other divisions ffs.

Big up Badou, purest straight line fighter ever. Was he never taught about angles or does he simply reject the notion of using them?! We may never know...

At 41, the 2025 Jai Opetaia is surely several bridges too far.

Please Turki make Opetaia vs Jack for you May card in Riyad. Opetaia has been looking for unification bouts for ages and they all run. Badou Jack has talked a little smack about Jai so time to put your money where your mouth is. Opetaia by stoppage within 8 rounds/

Now Rozicki knows who's shafting him.

Saw this coming a mile away. Badou Jack is not going to fight Rozicki in Canada for small money and most likely lose...same reason Mikaelian didn't want the fight, when they can fight elsewhere, through a big league promoter with large ppv. I feel for Rozicki. Money talks and he's clearly stuck with with this promotion that just isn't getting him the big fight and big payday he deserves.
