As my dear friend Daggum (Duhgum) likes to remind us Joshua fought elite competition while Wilder did not. NO fighter is more "typical" of this "elite group of fighters" than Breazeale! A man who went tooth and nail against Wallin another elite fighter (according to Duhgum) and only lost to two other fighters: Joshua and Wilder.
Breazeale is like that average family used for research, the one with 2.5 children and a white picket fence... He represents an average for the very class of fighters that are paraded in front of us, ranked by the many pundits and publications, etc. If we understand the range of this fighter, and compare his losses and wins, we can make some determinations:
1. he is a common opponent to Wilder and Joshua.
2. His performance against Wallin indicate that he was at a similar level (more or less) to Wallin.
