The rules are clear, you take a voluntary knee, and it is an automatic point deduction counted as a knockdown, you turn your back and walk away, and it is a DQ. It wasn't the first timeout now that I think of it.

If you remember Round 8 of Davis-Hector Garcia, there was a commotion in the crowd that caused the referee to inexplicably step in and stop the action for at least a minute or two. I say inexplicably because I've been at events, we've all watched events, where there have been multiple fights going on in the stands and the fight in the ring was never halted.

I believe it happened right after Garcia had a minor moment of success landing a shot that got Tank's attention.

Even without landing, if he takes a knee is either 10-8 or he looses the fight if he gives his back to the opponent and go to his corner, takes his head out of the ring and the seconds climb the mat.
