All I saw for the majority of the rounds was Dirrell firing superficial shots towards Froch and then holding. All the while, Froch was battering him on the inside.

And the complaints about the point deduction? LMFAO. Dirrell went down about 5 times within 3 rounds of his own accord and expected not to start irritating everyone? What a joke.

Next time I hope he engages - and gets the brutal KO that is coming to him.

I didnt like how dirrell ran too much.. but he clearly won that fight.. Froch probably landed 2 solid shots the entire fight.. But dirrell should have let his hands go I mean there was no way froch was going to beat him to the punch.

No way was it a robbery or anything like it. It was a close fight but not close enough for the challenger. You don't walk away with belts in someones (anyones) backyard by running about like a Strictly Come Dancing contestant.

Froch got a hometown fixed decision to set up a super fight with Mikkel Kessler. That's what it's always been about. The tournament is an absolute joke.

Wow, Hatton Tsyzu was a totally different fight... and anyway, that was Hatton applying all the pressure and making the fight (not that I agree with the holding.... Dave Parris is not a good ref IMO).
