  • Errol Spence’s recent social media posts: “Worst thing I did to myself was drinking” “Haven’t worked out in 2 years”

I think he may be doing a lot of self reflection and going through a midlife crisis. He should just retire at this point.

Can't imagine missing out of the Saudi lottery because you can't cut back on the Seagram's. Damn shame. As a boxer he's done - hope he can turn his life around.

It seems like he quit drinking, at least according to one of his tweets saying “175, I’d be 200 if I still drank”

Not saying the haven’t trained in 2 years is true or false, but I didn’t see a post from him saying that.

Agree he’s done and should hang em up regardless

After that tar n feather job Bud put on him, he needs to just stfu and retire. He got paid handsomely for staying on his side of the street.

It’s very unfortunate that a lot these boxers brain cells are cooked. Many are already displaying signs and an early onset of CTE and Pugilistic Dementia. Depression is often the first symptom of this disease.

Well you are right. If he is mentally unfit to fight. Then he has no business stepping inside of a squared circle anytime soon.

This is becoming an epidemic in boxing. More than a dozen active boxers have come out to bring awareness about their own struggles with mental health and substance abuse issues.

He's lying about not having worked out for 2 years.
