I guess this is why Pavlik wanted no part of Abraham.

Nothing wrong in backing your fighter. That's only right. as long as there's no excuses it's all good.

Pavlik is too easy to hit. He would have been KOed by Abraham.
Only a boxer with good defensive skills and lateral movement has a chance against Abraham.

None whatsoever. Abraham controlled the fight past round 4 and finished it like a pro.

And Jermain is pathetic as well...
I personally am not huge on the smurf but I did pick him to beat Taylor. It was a no brainier for me. I posted on my tweet that if AA did not ko Taylor, I would be very disappointed in AA. I was not disappointed.

I think it would be a great fight. It would come down to who could take the others best shot.

He's one of his cash cows, or at least was before the Hopkins fight.

Abraham wanted Pavlik, Pavlik ran for the hills.
AA would mostly certainly have unified the MW division, tonight he was at least 4 rounds in front before the KO.
He is now top 3 in SMW for me.

Everybody is back on AA's nuts after they were bashing him for his lacking effort in the past few fights against lesser opponents. Classic NSB ****.
But yes- AA would work Pavlik over, any day.
