Tank Davis is straight-up delusional if he thinks he's better than the greatest welterweight of all time, Floyd Mayweather. He’s still young and has a lot to prove. Eventually, Naoya Inoue will have no choice but to move up to lightweight, and we already know how that will go...Tank will dismantle him, just like Marquez did to Pacquiao. And if Pacquiao and Tank had ever fought in their absolute primes, Pacquiao would've been put to sleep in the very first round by Davis.

Inoue is a 2 division undisputed champion. Tank is the second or third best lightweight in the world. When it comes to ability and accomplishments, they don't belong in the same sentence.
