Now writers are bringing racial politics into boxing, calling Teofimo racist. Probably white ******* writers trying to stir something up.

Now tell him to proceed by blowing and sucking off even more black fighter’s cock for a fight. This man lacks both honor and class. The rotten low-life piece of shit!
This is the reason why he doesn’t have any major sponsors to get a career high pay day. He’ll never cross over. I even heard his former wife was into black guys too
Which was the reason why she left him.

But then tank Davis can come out with the Mexican sombrero walking into the ring, which is racist. Stephen Fulton doing the same thing. Terrence Crawford can tell Jose benavidez jr that he’s gonna “beat the burritos out of him”. Devin Haney can be in record saying “I’ll never lose to a white boy” and this clown writer Owen Lewis won’t have problems with those guys..BOXINGSCENE won’t also question or say those guys might have trouble getting the fights for being “racist” . These mfs and their double standards

This new generation is so soft. You have completely redefined the word “racism.” Racism is the belief that one sub-species (race) is genetically superior to another. It is not racist to wear clothes of a different culture or listen to their music or eat their food. That is silly. It is not even racist to dislike or disparage another culture, it’s music, it’s food, it’s clothing, etc. To believe that one culture is superior to another is not racism, but rather ethnocentrism. Some people dislike baggy pants, hip-hop music, Low riders, Cutlass Supremes with 30-inch rims, mariachi bands, kimchi etc. and that’s perfectly fine and honest.TheOneAboveAll likes this.

Although I do agree with the sentiment of the generation being soft, by definition, Teofimo's actions are considered racist. Why? Because one of the acts against a person based on their color or race that falls under the definition is antagonism. Now I don't recall that always being the case with the definition, but it definitely is there now. Teofimo's antics are based on antagonizing possible opponents with words against/downplaying the opponent's race/color. So, though I think the definition has changed over time to include antagonism, it does indeed include that now.Last edited by TheOneAboveAll; 02-17-2025, 10:37 AM.
