  • Stoppage was a bit premature but good job by Zayas, I'm just not super impressed overall, he could have done a lot more.

Would be nice if Zayas threw combinations when he picks his shots. Byt perhaps the initial high pace wore him out a bit, though it was the right gameplan.

Zayas might be getting the KO/TKO soon against Spoomer.
Yeah, it only took him 5000 clean punches to do it.

      • Zayas got solid defense, footwork and overall skills but obviously still needs to put more work and development to his craft, Fundora should be next now, thats a nice scrap.

        • By this point in Zayas’ career, Felix Trinidad was facing contenders and former champs.

Well ge displayed a high punch output, could be a notable advantage with his skills, athleticism and big physique. Not sold yet.

I think he might be hitting his ceiling soon and don't think that what he shown so far will be enough to get him to win in a title shot at a stacked division despite that he has good physical qualities and well rounded skillset. Fundora is not all that, but if you lack sufficient punching power to put him down, I think he is pretty hard to beat in the scorecards.

He is not that big compared to Middleweights though, he is not bigger than Adames, Janibek and Sheeraz, so I wonder how he fair without his reach advantage.

Not even close. Gotta be a real Top Rank Kool-Aid druggie to believe that he is though. Top Rank is one of the worst about overhyping their prospects too early.

                  • Main event time. Can Keyshawn show out, or will Berinchyk upset the odds once again?

I think Keyshawn will likely get a late stoppage, but won't look great during the process. High IQ counter puncher with punching power, but normally counter punchers struggle with pure boxers because they have to push the pace.

Berinchyk will likely box to survive everytime he gets hurt. Until he hits his limit.
